Description :
The latest printer driver for this product is available from Apple's Software Update. Here's how to get it:
- Do one of the following:
- Go to the menu on your Mac, then select System Preferences.
- Select Printers and Scanners, Print & Scan, or Print & Fax.
- Do one of the following:
- If your printer is not on the list, go to step 5.
- If your printer is on the list, select your printer model and click the '-' (minus) button. Then go to step 5.
- Click the '+' button. (If you see the Add Printer or Scanner... option, select it.)
In the screen that appears, select your printer model as below:
USB connection: Select the EPSON Series (USB) product.
Wireless or Ethernet connection: Select the EPSON Series (Bonjour) product.
Select your EPSON Series product in the Use or Print Using drop-down list, then click the Add button.
- Go to the menu on your Mac, select Software Update or App Store, then click the Updates tab.
- Do one of the following:
- If you see an update from Epson, select UPDATE to install it.
- If an update is not available, you already have the latest Epson driver for your product.
Note: Apple Software Update may find multiple updates for your system. You may choose to install all or some of the updates.

I installed Win 10 about a week ago. Yesterday was the first time I tried to print something. My printer, an older Epson Stylus CX6600 All in One showed up in the drop down as a choice to print to...but when I picked it, it changed automatically to 'Send to One Note'. I could not get it to choose my actual USB connected printer.
So I went to 'Devices' and it doesn't show an Epson Stylus as being installed/attached (note, worked fine in Win 7). It shows 'USB Connected MFP' and a note that says 'Driver Not Available'.
OK, so I go to the Epson site to get the driver. I ID my printer model, my operating system (Win 10 64 bit, confirmed when it asked if I was 32 or 64 bit). The note on the Epson site says

The Stylus CX6600 is compatible with Win 10. The driver will download automatically and install itself when you connect and turn on the device.
So I went back to my devices, deleted the USB MFP it showed as attached, unplugged the Epson, plugged it back in and.....it reinstalled the listing for 'USP MFP, driver not available'.
I also tried hitting the scan button on the device (as that activates the PC, or did in Win 7). I figured that might force a driver update of some sort. It scanned perfectly, opening the proper scan capture software....but still didn't fix the printer driver.
Epson Stylus Cx6600 Troubleshooting
Any suggestions? I'm not going to go get a new printer just because MS put out a new operating system.
